The home was once the residence of former Texas Governor Bill Clements, who purchased it in 1977 and lived there until he died in 2018. The house was later owned by Bob McNutt, who hosted many political fundraisers at his home over the years. Today, the property also includes an outdoor garden that provides visitors with a beautiful view of downtown Texarkana while also acting as an oasis for residents to enjoy year-round!
Four States Fairgrounds and Entertainment Center
The Four States Fairgrounds and Entertainment Center is located at the corner of North State Line Avenue and West Markham Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.
